From the kitchens of Istanbul to the hills of Chianti.
Of Turkish origin, with cooking in his blood forever.

After studying in Istanbul and Italy in Florence at the Riaci Academy, bringing with him technique, discipline, and a personal vision of cuisine.

He loves typical dishes, real ones, but in each he leaves his signature: a touch, an idea, a story.

Tradition, roots and creativity on the plate. Always.
